“News Exchange,” the newsletter of the Friends of the Santa Barbara Public Library, is published twice a year for Friends members and is a benefit of membership. If you join the Friends you will received a mailed copy, or you can give someone else the gift of a Santa Barbara Friends of the Library membership.
